Bowl Scraper: The bowl scraper does the work while your mixer is running. It snaps onto the top of your metal driveive along with the Cookie Paddles, Cake Paddles, Wire Whips, or Batter Whisks. It scrapes both the inner post and sides of the bowl while the bowl turns. Not only does this help you skip having to stop the machine and get into the center with your spatula but it incorporates the ingrediants much better!
Great for bakers who are tired of having to turn off their mixer to scrape the bowl, this accessory does the work for you. Simply snap it on over the accessory currently in use and it will continuously scrape the bowl while the mixer runs.

Cake Paddles
Ideal for cakes, quick breads, muffins, and pancakes, which can become tough and chewy if over mixed. These paddles must be used with a metal whip drive. Compatible with all ages of Bosch Universal mixers, and Nutrimill Artiste mixers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to use room-temperature butter that is softened in all of your batter recipes. If your cookie dough is too stiff, or if you are adding multiple heavy ingredients like fruit, nuts, or candy, be sure to switch to the dough hook after creaming the butter. And for those very large batches of cookies (15+ dozen), switch to the dough hook before adding flour.

Metal Drive
This needs to be used with the Cake Paddles & Cookie Paddles. We recommend that you always use the metal driver and put the plastic one away so you won't accidentally use the plastic one with the cake or cookie paddles, the plastic one tends to break with the cake or cookie paddles.
