Bosch Pastry Whisks Stronger than original Whisks that come with your machine

These take a little more abuse than the Wire whips that come with your machine.  Designed for Pastry, Batters & more these whisks are perfect for mixing smooth, lump-free batters, sauces, and more. Excellent. With fewer tines, the Batter Whisks do not "fluff" up the batter as much as the standard Wire Whips to keep the rising process on course. Use these whisks to allow a mixture of batters without incorporating extra air. Compatible with the Bosch Universal & Universal Plus mixers, as well as the Nutrimill Artiste Mixer.

Tip: If you already have the metal drive, it is helpful to use it with your whisks, whips, cookie paddles etc. and put the less strong, white plastic drive away. Then you won’t accidentally use it with the wrong paddles.
