Presto Pressure Canner Steam Gauge - 85771

This steam gauge is a genuine Presto replacement part. It is used to register pressure readings during canning and cooking.

It replaces the original "tilted" gauge. The "tilted" gauge no longer can be tested and should be replaced with this gauge.
