Great for making two snacks at once!  Chicken fingers on the top & possibly fries on the bottom.  

Hint.....I peel my potatoes then put them in my salad spinner to soak for about half hour. (this gets rid of most of the starch). Then I spin them dry....30 minutes later you have yummy fries!!
